Lori Lindsey is an entrepreneur, former professional soccer player, current soccer analyst and performance coach who has represented her sport on both a national and international level. She is one of only four players to have played in all three U.S. professional women's soccer leagues and her 13-year career includes being twice named All American and ACC Player of the Year, a second place finish at the 2011 Women's World Cup in Germany and an Olympic Gold Medal in 2012. A strong advocate for LGBTQ rights, Lori played a pivotal role in Principle 6, which successfully pressured the International Olympic Committee to revise the non-discrimination principle in the Olympic Charter to include sexual orientation. She is also an Ambassador for Athlete Ally, a nonprofit organization focused on ending homophobia and transphobia in sports.
