What does MOBS mean? - MOBS stands for Mobility, Optimism, Beauty and Soul.

Who is MOBS? – MOBS is a unique international team of designers, dreamers and merchants.

How are MOBS shoes sized? – We do our best to adhere to footwear industry standards regarding length and width. However, MOBS shoes are engineered for a tailored fit. Because we use premium full grain leather uppers and linings, the shoes should mold to the shape of your foot as you wear them. If you have wide feet, we suggest you order a half or full size larger.

How do I clean my MOBS shoes? - We recommend a “less is more” approach to cleaning your MOBS shoes. We build the shoes from the finest materials available and recommend professional cleaning of any marks or stains that cannot be removed easily. Please don’t try to wash your shoes in a washing machine or dryer, or using bleach or chemical cleaning products.

ORDERS // SHIPPING

How long will it take me to get my shoes? – Your MOBS delivery should arrive at your door within 7 business days. If you choose an expedited shipping method, it will be there sooner.

Can I get my order sooner? – Sure. Just pick next day or two-day shipping at check out. Please note that orders received by 12:00 PM (noon), central standard time will ship the same business day. Orders received after 12:00 PM (noon) will ship the next business day.

Charges are as follows for domestic expedited shipping:

FedEx Overnight - 1 pair/$75, 2-4 pairs/$110

FedEx 2nd Day - 1 pair/$50, 2-4 pairs/$75

Does MOBS ship internationally? - Yes

Can I edit my order after it has been placed? – MOBS cannot modify orders once they are placed nor can we change or intercept a package to alter the delivery. Note that we will only ship to the address provided at checkout. Orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification will be delayed and/or cancelled. Please be sure to double check your shipping information and verify your size ordered prior to checking out.

RETURN // EXCHANGE POLICY

At this time MOBS does not offer exchanges or purchase credits, but, in the event you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer complimentary returns of your item(s) for a full refund of the original purchase price on all shoes shipped by MOBS to addresses in the United States.

MOBS will NOT offer returns to any customers who have shoes shipped by MOBS to addresses outside the United States.

The following conditions apply to all returns.

  • Merchandise must be returned to MOBS within 30 days of shipment.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed.
  • Returns must include the original shoe box in its original condition without postal labels. A restocking fee of $10.00 will be charged when merchandise is returned in a damaged shoe box or without the original shoe box.
  • Final Sale items may not be returned.
  • If MOBS determines that the merchandise is damaged and, as a result, cannot be returned, MOBS will ship the merchandise back to you free of charge.
  • Please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund to post to your account via your original payment method.

Please note again, MOBS will NOT offer returns to customers who have shoes shipped by MOBS to addresses outside the United States.
